Mr. Bedesky was born in Joliet, Illinois on March 26, 1966. Mr. Bedesky, a partner in the firm, has been practicing law since 1991. His areas of concentration include products liability, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, class actions, commercial transportation, sports/recreation liability and industrial casualty cases. Representative jury trials include defamation, declaratory judgments/insurance coverage, construction/industrial accident liability, and motor sports liability. In addition to an extensive trial caseload, Mr. Bedesky also maintains a significant appellate practice in both State and Federal court.
