About Michael

Mike Hobin attended Bradley University where he played NCAA Division I soccer. He then earned a master’s degree in history from Illinois State. After next teaching government, history and sociology at a Catholic college preparatory school from 1994-97, Mike headed to law school.

Since becoming associated with Reed Armstrong in November 2000, he has tried over twenty civil jury trials and argued before the Illinois 5th District Appellate Court. He achieved partnership at Reed Armstrong in March 2009.  He was named a Leading Lawyer in 2017 and 2018 as recommended by his peers.  Mike has been retained by local attorneys to mediate cases.

He is married with two daughters.
